CEO of the ERNE Group becomes a partner

Founding family strengthens entrepreneurial continuity and sustainable development of the company

Our family business, now in its fourth generation, continues to develop not only operationally but also strategically. In this context, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Giuseppe Santagada, our Group CEO, to our circle of family shareholders as a partner and minority shareholder.

The Board of Directors has appointed Giuseppe Santagada as Group CEO with effect from January 1, 2024 in recognition of his many years of success in the management of international and family-run corporate groups as well as his entrepreneurial vision, integrity and personality. We are very proud that he has now decided to take on additional entrepreneurial responsibility and become a partner in our family business.
