Our Welcome Day takes place on your first day with us. On this day, you will get to know the company, central processes and your first contact persons. You will also receive comprehensive safety training and exciting insights into our corporate culture.

At ERNE, we promote modern and flexible working time models to accommodate the diverse life situations of our employees and offer flexitime arrangements depending on the function. Days off in advance allow for longer weekends and recovery phases, which are ideally used as bridging days. For longer breaks, our employees have the option of taking a sabbatical.
