A technology center is being built in Laufenburg on the former Swissgrid site. The centerpiece of the new building, which covers more than 20,000 m², is the world’s largest and most advanced battery storage facility, as well as a data center for artificial intelligence.

With the Stöcklimatt development, ERNE Immo AG has created an attractive residential neighbourhood in Frick comprising five apartment blocks and 82 flats. Three of the buildings are being let, whilst two are being sold as freehold properties. The result is a diverse range of housing options in the heart of Frick.

In the greater Aarau area, the ERNE Group has developed the sustainable residential neighbourhood ‘Baumgarten’ on the former site of the Hauenstein Nursery in Küttigen. A variety of housing designs by three architects offer a high standard of living and privacy.
