A technology centre is being built in Laufenburg on the former Swissgrid site. The centrepiece of the new building, which covers an area of over 20,000 m², is the world’s largest and most advanced battery storage facility, as well as a data centre for artificial intelligence.

With the Stöcklimatt development, ERNE Immo AG has created an attractive residential neighbourhood in Frick comprising five apartment blocks and 82 flats. Three of the buildings are being let, whilst two are being sold as freehold properties. The result is a diverse range of housing options in the heart of Frick.
