With the Stöcklimatt development, ERNE Immo AG has created an attractive new residential quarter in the heart of Frick. Five modern apartment buildings with a total of 82 apartments have been built on the site - three building units remain in the ownership of ERNE Immo AG and are rented out, while two were sold as condominiums. The result is a diverse range of housing for different needs.

The project was realized in close cooperation within the ERNE Group with the participation of ERNE AG Bauunternehmung, ERNEplus and HUSNER AG Holzbau. Burkhardt Architektur AG was responsible for the architectural planning.
The final work was completed at the beginning of October 2025. Today, tenants and owners are enjoying their new quality of living.
