GREAT START! WE HAVE MADE IT TOGETHER
We are incredibly proud - together we are celebrating a major milestone: ERNE has now officially been awarded the Great Start! certificate.
The certification symbolizes our ERNE culture, in which our apprentices do not simply complete an apprenticeship, but are recognized, encouraged and inspired.
We would like to thank you all - our apprentices for your honest feedback, our vocational and practical trainers for their daily commitment and all employees who contribute to creating learning, team spirit and a future here.

Why the Great Start! certification?
The certificate is awarded to training companies that promote learning in an exemplary manner, live appreciation and grow together. These criteria are verified through a survey of learners and through an active training concept.
This is confirmed: Our apprentices recommend us as a good training company and we are perceived externally exactly as we are.
What does this mean in concrete terms for our vocational training?
■ From the induction week and practical projects to the apprenticeship graduation ceremony - at ERNE we focus on real responsibility and an environment in which mistakes are allowed so that learning is possible.
■ We invest in our vocational and practical trainers so that they not only impart specialist knowledge, but also grow, support and inspire.
■ We listen: For us, feedback from our learners is not a formal part, but a source of impetus for change and improvement.
■ We bring values to life: Team spirit, innovation and sustainability are not just empty words, but daily companions in our day-to-day vocational training.
What does that mean for the future?
We don't just want to maintain our standards, we want to raise them further. The certification is the start of new shared stories, more intensive learning moments and even more valuable collaboration.
