Occupational safety is a top priority at ERNE. The prevention of accidents and near-accidents is therefore a constant topic of discussion. Appropriate preventive measures are implemented on an ongoing basis.
Occupational safety
The continuous training and sensitization of our employees forms the basis for safe working. In addition to a training tool for occupational safety, weekly "toolbox briefings" and monthly in-depth training sessions provide practical knowledge and strengthen risk awareness in the long term.
We also carry out regular safety tours of our construction sites. A digital app is used to check safety requirements, record risks using photo documentation and assign appropriate measures to clearly defined responsible parties. Timely implementation is consistently followed up.
Health protection
Protecting the health of our employees is a central part of our responsibility. The ERNE Welfare Foundation provides financial support in challenging life situations.
With "Lyra Wellbeing", a professional contact point is also available for emotional stress, legal issues and other personal concerns. Our case management guarantees individual and structured support. In cooperation with insurance companies and medical specialists, we facilitate a gradual and sustainable reintegration into everyday working life.
